As the COVID-19 pandemic virus continues to evolve, we would like to inform you of the precautionary measures St Giles Animal Centre are taking and to reassure you that we have a comprehensive plan in place.
Please follow these simple steps to help us maintain a health working environment for our team, clients and your pets.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP:
If you are travelling to or from a country that is at high risk such as China, Italy, Iran, South Korea, France, Spain, Germany and USA we request that you ask a family member or friend to collect your pet when returning from your travels, please ensure they bring ID and inform a member of our team. For our Doggie Daycare clients please speak with a member of our team for advice.
We are requesting that clients do not book routine veterinary appointments until the end of March. For example, booster vaccinations and health checks.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE WE TAKING TO KEEP HYGIENIC?
- The team will continually ensure that the offices and their own personal hygiene are paramount.
- We have provided hand sanitiser in the onsite office, please use them when visiting St Giles.
- We will keep you informed of any further changes by Facebook, email (if opted-in) and on this website.
