Sebastian has been with us for a little while now, undergoing a rehabilitation programme, with hydrotherapy and enrolling in our foster programme with one of our incredible foster carers.
Sebastian came to us as a stray, he was found by someone on a busy main road, dumped possibly due to his medical conditions we can only assume… the dog warden was called after he was taken to a local vets after concerns and he was brought to us to start his new journey in life…
Sebastian’s back legs do not work like they should, he has now had specialist consultations who have confirmed his back legs will need surgery, possibly multiple, and we will be looking to fundraise to cover the cost of this soon.
Sebastian is now looking for a very special adoptive home with someone who has the time to help with his rehab program as he needs to have several surgeries to help fix his hind leg conformation to make it easier for him to walk.
We would like him to settle well before he has his surgery and for him to have someone who can put all their focus on his recovery, whilst giving him the snuggles and cuddles he so desperately loves. He needs to be the only animal within the home.
We would like an experienced large breed dog owner who can continuing bringing him back to our vets for vet check ups, physiotherapy and to a local hydrotherapist, all when required.
